Until every item is ticked, only admins see a "Pay online (test)" button. Direct payment always stays available.
MOJA settlement rate
Used for all RSD prices on the site and locked on every order and authentication request. Not a live or NBS rate.
Each new order and authentication request locks the rate in use when it is created.
